Majority Media is a content publisher started in January, 2014. It produces two monthly print lifestyle titles M Lifestyle, and ZAN.

Both print titles cater to a mass affluent audience of middle-to-high income Singaporean households. Its online product, M Digital, is targeted at socially savvy PMEs and wired Millenials.

Majority Media Pte Ltd is also a wholly owned subsidiary of NTUC Link.

M Digital

M Digital represents a fresh chapter in Majority Media's content business, which seeks to engage a global and discerning audience.

As statistics shown, the targeted group is tech savvy and believes in lifestyle living. A group that follows trend-setter and participates in various social events.

The leading man of Majority Media, Tommy Wee is a huge believer of lifestyle living and the influencer of the different targeted groups. The offline readers expressed high participate rates in following social media channels from influencers and key opinion leaders.

After the market research, we discovered that there were 3 common pointers that the various age groups liked. We took these requirements into consideration when designing the portal.

1. Big image, bigger captivating moments.
2. Ease of reading at your fingertips.
3. Create content for yourself.

A Modern Twist

The spacious layout combined with the beautiful images drew the younger crowd while the carefully selected fonts appealed to the reading crowd. User experience was meticulously thought out and executed in the way we envisioned how digital readers would use it.

Digital portals are known to have a vast library of articles. It’s common to read on-the-go, but not possible to have uninterrupted reading time. So we give you digital bookmarking. Articles are be logged as history or bookmarked if you wish to read it later.

HOLD A MAGAZINE - A PHYSICAL COPY

You don’t even need to turn a page. Using digital technology, we summarise and bring to you the benefits hidden in each issue of the magazine. The introduction page of each publication highlights the key essence for your easy reference.

READ-AS-YOU-MOVE

With the many devices that one can own, we had to cater to many mobile screens. Taking the width of different devices into consideration, we created a portal that provides easy reading regardless of whether you are on a tablet, phablet or smartphone. The choice of font, accompanied by the layout, enhanced the user's interaction with the portal.
